Snickers Gap Tree Farm | Round Hill VA Family Session

Where to begin with this sweet, beautiful family? This past summer I photographed a client’s wedding, Jillian was a bridesmaid. I remember talking to her at the rehearsal dinner about her baby girl who was a few months old. Her and her husband, Jason, were so kind and fun to talk to, so I was really excited when she reached out for a family session! I loved that she wanted to do something different, and Snicker’s Gap Tree Farm was the perfect place for their portraits! It’s definitely one of the most beautiful tree farms I’ve visited!

Jillian and Jason did such a great job planning their outfits (Hello Gap!). It can be so temping to dress the whole family in red and black for Christmas sessions, but I love when my client’s choose more subtle colors because they look so great on the skin, especially with the darker colors in the Christmas tree field. The little white snowsuit she picked for their daughter was such perfection, especially with the cool weather. Jason and Jillian’s adorable daughter, Paisley, really stole the show though! She was such a darling, happy little girl throughout the whole session!
