Rose Family | Winchester VA Lifestyle Newborn Session

I received a call last Friday from an out of state photographer looking for someone to photograph her clients who lived in the Winchester area. It must have been divine intervention because I’m usually booked weeks out, but just happened to have an opening to photograph them the next day. I spoke with Jerry on the phone and texted with Kristen as we made plans for their very last minute lifestyle newborn session.

The next day I pulled up to their beautiful historic home and was greeting by the sweetest new parents! Jerry and Kristen just GLOW with love for their new baby. Sweet little Sofia is such a darling, adored little girl who spent most of her session happily snuggled in her parent’s arms, which is what I absolutely love about lifestyle newborn sessions! Kristen and Jerry make parenting a newborn look effortless. What I enjoyed most about their session was their genuine kindness. Whatever I needed, whether it be a step stool to get at a higher angle or my car battery jumped, they were so sweet! Thank you, Jerry, for saving the day when my car battery died!

I think these two new parents could have made heart eyes at each other all day! Their love and contentment is so beautiful.
