The week of Shaun and Stephanie’s wedding was a feeling of, “I can’t believe it’s finally here!” and “I don’t want it to be over yet!”. I’ve been counting down to their wedding from the moment I sat with Shaun in Starbucks and helped plan his proposal to Stephanie. The original wedding day forecast called for rain ALL DAY. I told Shaun and Stephanie earlier in the week to order clear umbrellas figuring if they ordered them we probably wouldn’t need them. It’s the whole reverse psychology on the weather thing, it always seems to work that way! Other than very chilly temperatures, the weather couldn’t have been better!
Shaun and Stephanie’s wedding day was so amazing start to finish, from the colorful details to all the love surrounding them. They’re love is magic, everyone around them can feel it. Their excitement for marriage was so endearing as evidenced by their first look (cue the tears). I love how Stephanie just rolls with Shaun’s quirkiness, and the way Shaun looks at Stephanie like she is his world is sooo sweet!
Speaking of love, their entire wedding party was such a joy to work with! Everyone was so kind and helpful, not to mention total champs in the frigid temperatures outside! Even the flower girls (who also happen to be my nieces!) and ring bearer (and my nephew!) were so cooperative! Stephanie’s bridesmaids were all so happy and sweet, just like her! Stephanie’s sister gave the best speech that left everyone teary eyed. It’s obvious how much Stephanie means to her friends and family.
Shaun and Stephanie, we can’t wait to see what your future holds together. Knowing Shaun, there’s bound to be lots of laughs for sure! I hope you enjoy the sneak peek of your wedding photos!

Oh my goodness, I just LOVE this picture! Stephanie looked so beautiful!
These plaid shawls were perfect for the chilly weather!
Their First Look was just amazing! Shaun cried, Stephanie cried, and Shaun’s groomsmen called him a softie!
The Father Daughter dance gets us every time, especially when they cry. It’s like looking into our future when our daughter is a bride. I can tell Stephanie’s parents are so proud of her.
The rain held off most of the day and it started sprinkling at the perfect time. The rain added so much to this photo!
